Today we took Megan to see Dr. Mahoney for her 6 month well baby exam.  We were pleased to hear that she is developing well and perfectly healthy.  Here are her 6 month stats:

Length-- 26 inches-- 50th percentile

Weight--17lbs, 11oz-- 75th percentile

Head Circumference-- 90th percentile

Her percentiles were exactly the same as they were at her 4 month visit, so she is growing evenly!

We are already looking forward to the 9 month visit, because she won't have to get any shots at that one! 

Now that Megan weighs over 17lbs, she is too heavy to carry around in her infant car seat, so we bought her a bigger seat!  I think she likes it! 

Megan and Drew wore their matching pajamas Friday night!  What a couple. 

Megan wore her new winter hat for the first time this weekend!  Below is a pic of her in her new winter duds!

This morning Megan played in her Jumperoo until she couldn't play anymore!  Jon looked over at her, and she was sound asleep in her jumper...... 

Megan celebrated her first Halloween tonight, and kicked off the evening with her best bud (next door neighbor Alexa)!  Alexa was a lobster, Megan was a hotdog......  :-)   How cute are the two of them?  Alexa is 2 days older than Megan.....

Tonight Megan tasted her 2nd vegetable-- squash! 

Megan got her first taste of baby food tonight!  We started her off with green beans, and boy did she love them!!!  We cut her off at half a jar-- she would have eaten the whole jar had we let her, I'm sure!  I am so happy to learn that as of now, it appears that we have a veggie lover on our hands!  :-)

Last night we celebrated Grammie's Birthday!  It was so nice to see Grammie and Poppa again!

Megan has become quite the bubble blowing champion.  :-)  I recommend turning on your sound for this one.  :-)
